CERA

After the tragic events of 2012, the Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Authority, CERA, was faced with rebuilding an entire city, and to some extent, the hopes of its heartbroken population.

Skip worked incredibly closely with CERA to create a library of images that showcased the resilience and positivity of those still living in the city. It was a humbling and rewarding journey that involved casting and photographing a diverse range of passionate locals, real people who remained optimistic despite all they’d been through.

The end result was a vast library of images ready for use in CERA’s internal and wider communications.
